Do I have to join a gym?
No, if you belong to a gym already, that’s great but I have included a wide range of home workouts, you may need some dumbbells and a resistance band but that’s all.
I have dietary requirements, is that OK?
Absolutely, you have to be able to manage going forward eating the foods you like/can.
Is there a minimum sign up?
An initial 6 weeks for the RJ Method and then it’s up to you if you remain, the longer you have support the more successful you’ll be.
Do I get a set meal plan?
No, I don’t believe in making you eat foods you don’t enjoy! I teach you to eat sustainably with the foods and food groups you like. The best way to succeed in the long term is to enjoy your food. I will however provide you with meal ideas and recipes.
I’m going on holiday
No problem, that’s part of having a balanced life and therefore an event you must learn to successfully navigate.
Do I have to track calories?
Not in the long term, absolutely not, however I do suggest we do some tracking for the first week or two, it helps with ‘getting you eye in’ in respect of portions and it really helps with mindfulness.
I’m menopausal, can you help me?
Yes ! We understand that this is simultaneously the hardest and most important time to look after your health.
