Having built a busy personal training business, I’ve noticed that I’m now working with more and more clients just on weight loss. So many women are finding themselves in the menopause having gained unhealthy body fat, this fat has crept on slowly over the years and is now proving difficult to shift and at the same time making my clients miserable as they no longer recognise their own bodies.

Through my own personal journey, I’ve discovered that the true secret to weight loss isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—it’s about tweaking your existing diet and most importantly educating you so you can escape the yo yo dieting and weight loss clubs.

Success comes from finding the right balance of nutrition, exercise, and mindset that works for you.
