No, I don’t believe in making you eat foods you don’t enjoy! I teach you to eat sustainably with the foods and food groups you like. The best way to succeed in the long term is to enjoy your food. I will however provide you with meal ideas and recipes.

No problem, that’s part of having a balanced life and therefore an event you must learn to successfully navigate.

Not in the long term, absolutely not, however I do suggest we do some tracking for the first week or two, it helps with ‘getting you eye in’ in respect of portions and it really helps with mindfulness.
